1. Vienergy Factory Phase 2 Project
- Total floor area: 56,745 m2
- Location: Phuc Son IP, Ninh Binh City, Ninh Binh Province.
- Scope of work: General contractor for the design and build
In the first period of Vienergy Factory from May 2017 to December 2017, Hop Luc completed and handed over the project on schedule. Getting satisfaction and trust from the client, on March 1st, 2019, Hop Luc continued to work on phase 2 of the project. The total contract value of the 2 phases is VND 640 billion.
2. ACT Vietnam Factory Project
- Total floor area: 42,921 m2
- Location: Phuoc Dong, Go Dau, and Tay Ninh IP
- Scope of work: Main contractor
